If the above-mentioned prohibited consumption activities are carried out due to business necessity, an application shall be filed with the court, and it can be carried out only after approval.
The court stated that if the consumption restriction order is violated and verified, the court will impose a fine or detention according to law; if the circumstances are serious and constitute a crime, criminal responsibility will be investigated according to law.
